Prices correspond to the full rental of the accommodation and a maximum capacity of 10 people.
The minimum stay is 2 days, except in July and August when it is 7 days. The rest of the high season also has a minimum stay.

The prices include firewood (from 1st November to 30th April)
High season: From 1th June to 30th September, Christmas, Easter week, 101 Km Ronda Event and Bank holidays.
Low Season: All other dates.

Price for 3 nights minimum (low season only)
10% discount if the weekend reservation includes Thursday or Sunday night.
Price for midweek reservations (low season only)
10% discount for Monday to Thursday reservations
Price for both houses (high season only)
Joint reservation of both houses, with check-in on Monday and check-out on Sunday (6 nights).
Price for a maximum of 10 people.
One week both houses €1,700.
Two weeks both houses €3,000.
Additional place €100 (6 nights)

We only allow 3 extra person.
Children up to 2 years can stay free using the beds provided.

Cancellation Policy
More than 30 days in advance, full refund of reservation fee.
More than 15 days in advance, 50% refund of reservation fee.
15 days or less, no refund is possible.
House rules
Reservations are confirmed on receipt of an initial deposit of 25% which can be made using a bank transfer. The outstanding amount to be paid on receipt of the keys to the property.
When booking you must state the exact number of people, including children.
The accommodation will be available after 16.00 on theday of arrival and is to be vacated before 18.00 on the day of departure.
These times can only be changed by previous agreement with the owner.
Please let us know in advance your estimated time of arrival.
The keys will be available at the property.
Pets only allowed if previously arranged with the owners.
