Would you like to experience a unique and personalized Yoga session?

More and more we are called to spend more time closer to nature and doing activities that nourish and recharge us, and above all that connect us with ourselves and with our peers.

I invite you to a Conscious Yoga experience exclusively designed for you and adapted for all levels. You will be able to enjoy a moment free from external stimulation and go within, thanks to relaxation techniques, deep breathing, postures and energetic movements, recharging yourself with serenity and joy.

The sessions are dynamic, and can include meditations with Tibetan bowls, laughter yoga exercises, couples yoga, family and children's yoga, etc.

Allow yourself to benefit from a good yoga practice in the midst of nature, next to the Cueva del Gato.

Classes available: individual, couples and family. As well as in Spanish and English.

About Masé

Masé is a Yoga Instructor, Naturopath and nature lover. Her focus is that through yoga and mindful meditation, we can find coherence in our lives. Yoga invites us to find clarity in our thoughts and thus make day-to-day decisions more effectively. Some of her training include Vinyasa Flow, Hatha Yoga, Integral Yoga, Mindfulness Instructor and Therapeutic Yoga, conducted in the United States and India. In addition to yoga, Masé is enthusiastic about hiking, reading, music and anything that keeps her connected to nature.

Riding - Equus Ronda
